Custom and Bulk Orders

We're happy to offer bulk discount pricing, including a 15% discount on orders of 10 or more pieces. For retail customers, there's no minimum order required, shop as little or as much as you'd like!

Send an email to customerservice@inspiremepositive.com with order information or use our Contact Us form: Include your name, name of item, design idea, size, color, style and quantity. We will reply as soon as possible with details and pricing information along with an invoice.

Once your invoice has been paid your order will be processed.

POLICIES: We do not begin working on any designs or ship until payment has been made in full. Price quotes are valid for 3 days.

Once an invoice has been sent, payment must be made within 3 days or the invoice will be cancelled. All Sales are Final on custom orders, no refunds or exchanges, unless there is an error on our part. Please carefully proof your draft before it’s finalized.

PROCESSING TIME

In Stock Items: 2-7 Business Days + shipping/delivery time

Custom Orders: From the date your invoice is paid please allow 15 Business Days + shipping/delivery time (processing time may vary based on details of your custom design)

Please verify that your mailing address is correct. If a package is returned for an incorrect/undeliverable or unknown address, you (the buyer) are responsible for postage fees to reship the package to a valid address.
