Our Return/Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused/unworn, product/care tags still attached, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Before returning your item(s) please contact us via email at customerservice@inspiremepositive.com to receive a return authorization number.

Non-returnable/exchangeable items: Gift cards and personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to Covid-19 and sanitary restrictions, no returns or exchanges on face mask. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, worn, washed or missing parts. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed. For your refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  For your exchange, the same item or one of same value that you select will be sent to you.

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s); shipping costs are non-refundable.

However, if the error was made by us (damaged on arrival, wrong item/size shipped), then we pay shipping costs. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the methods outlined on your invoice/receipt or listed above.
